    Exposure and Response Prevention is a therapy that allows individuals to build tolerance and gain skills to help with fears and distresses. ERP therapy has been proven effective in helping individuals struggling with an eating disorder. In combination with an all foods fits and anti-diet approach, I join my client’s to tackle diet culture and move towards food freedom and eating disorder recovery.

    The goals of Dialectial Behavioral Therapy are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others. DBT has proven effective in the treatment of eating disorders, PTSD and borderline personality.
